Organizations coordinating group sessions may substitute participant names prior to program commencement. Substitutions after the first session require approval.
8. Materials Access
Learning resources provided before cancellation remain subject to FinancialWise’s intellectual property guidelines and may not be redistributed.
9. Exceptional Circumstances
FinancialWise may consider exceptions for emergencies or force majeure events affecting participation. Documentation may be requested.

If we reschedule or adjust program details, we will notify participants promptly and offer alternative arrangements or credits.
